Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Researcherfor ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Service Description
We provide academic support services, including manuscript writing, editing, data analysis, thesis writing, and art/graphical works for publication in academic journals.
2. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and materials necessary for the provision of services.
- Adhere to academic integrity standards and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Communicate promptly and clearly with our team regarding project requirements and deadlines.
3. Payment Terms
- Fees for services are determined based on the scope of work and are specified in individual project proposals or statements of work (SOW).
- Payment is due according to the schedule outlined in the SOW.
- Late payments may be subject to additional fees or suspension of services.
4. Intellectual Property
- All original content created by our team remains the property of Researcherfor until full payment is received.
- Clients retain ownership and copyright of their own project materials.
- Clients grant Researcherfor a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use project materials for the purpose of providing services.
5. Confidentiality
- Both parties agree to keep all information exchanged during the term of the agreement confidential.
- Researcherfor will implement reasonable measures to protect client data and personal information.
6. Termination
- Either party may terminate the agreement by providing written notice.
- Termination does not relieve the client of the obligation to pay for services rendered up to the date of termination.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Researcherfor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the services provided.
8. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through good faith negotiations between the parties.
- If disputes cannot be resolved through negotiations, the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration.
9. Governing Law
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
10. Modification of Terms
- We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
